The Jericho March program was established to connect Dental Planet to internal, regional, and global needs. As our company strives to reach its full potential, the Jericho March program enables our employees to help in the process of deciding where and how our financial contributions will be focused. The bottom-line is that we at Dental Planet want to give back to those in the world who really need It and allow God to work through us and our efforts.
Through Jericho March, a portion of our company’s revenue will be set aside for humanitarian opportunities each year. These funds will be directed and divided among three venues/programs which we feel very passionate about. The greater the financial success of our company, the more significantly we can impact the lives of suffering people and those in need, both locally and throughout the world. We are open to hear God’s call and go where he leads us with full hearts and open minds.
Jericho March is made up of three programs:
Reaching In: OURSELVES:This program helps our employees in times of immediate need. Our efforts will be used to devote time, talents, gifts, crisis counseling, marriage counseling, parenting seminars and funds, when appropriate, to empower employees in crisis through this program. Everyone at Dental Planet is encouraged to look for ways in which they can personally help those within our company each and every day. We at Dental Planet consider it a privilege when we have the opportunity to assist our employees and make a real difference in their lives.
Reaching Out: OUR COMMUNITY: Through 3 community outreach projects each year, this program helps our employees connect with local needs in Wichita Falls, TX and the surrounding communities within a 25 mile radius. Our goal at Dental Planet is to empower our employees to help our neighbors in crisis in a personal way. We offer our time, talents, gifts, and funds, when appropriate to look for ways in which we can personally help those in need in our community.
Reaching Across: OUR WORLD: Since the inception of our Jericho program, Dental Planet has partnered with the The Starfish Foundation and has had the privilege of being involved in missions around the world. Our primary focus has recently been on the Fort Liberte’ orphanage located in Haiti. Our mission teams will continue to work on various projects for these children. Our hope as we end each mission trip is that these precious children will understand that they are truly children of God and therefore are infinitely special in His eyes. Our goal is to offer the opportunity for any and all employees who feel they have a calling to be able to participate in this program. Our next mission trip will be occurring from July 5th through the 11th.
As our company continues to stimulate change and progress in order to live more fully to its purpose, we hope to have increasing opportunities to help others reach their full potential.
